Meet your Executive Coach, Brian Hughes

Brian Hughes is the Managing Director for Brian Hughes & Associates and creator of Fullegacy™. He has been partnering with businesses for over 30 years with a focus on creating environments enabling people and organizations to thrive with highly engaged vertical teams delivering their best performance. As a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) accredited with ICF (International Coaching Federation) and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) he provides a deep and broad perspective allowing for the most impactful results for legacy creation. With diverse experience in many industries and functions, Brian brings rich and effective approaches to any purpose-driven outcome.   

Brian has created the impact for companies to achieve Top 100 Employer status and recognition for Excellence in Human Resources. His leadership roles in coaching and strategic planning, as well as his high energy and creative thinking provide interesting perspectives on topical discussions and best practices for organizational and leadership effectiveness.
