The Fullegacy™ approach is scalable for any scope and based upon curiosity without judgment. All agreements and expected results will be decided by you. We will partner to explore what you want as outcomes and co-create the Return on (your) Expectations - the ROyE must be mutually understood.
Our partnership will be developed from where you are at today! To be effective and achieve what you desire all you need is a little courage and an open mind to explore your thinking, feelings and experiences. The Fullegacy™ framework is universal and timeless!
Our engagement and Fullegacy™ application scope will be jointly defined in a hybrid fashion based upon location and needs (company, team, individual or any combination). The general approach will consist of:
a. Agreeing on overall engagement expectations including meeting quantity/frequency.
b. Conducting coaching sessions which will focus on what you decide will support you to achieve the overall engagement expectations.
c. A formal mid-engagement check-in to assess where you are in relation to the overall engagement expectations. Check-ins occur naturally during each session as well.
d. A formal check-in at the agreed upon engagement scope to assess the expectations have been met or additional sessions are desired.
e. When expectations are met and no additional sessions are desired at the time a formal close-out session will happen - this will include you defining how you will celebrate the journey and outcomes achieved! .
Fullegacy™ uses a non-directive approach and focuses on you and your desires. We will partner to explore your legacy - we all leave one, but you will define yours and live into that future! I create space for you to feel safe, not judged and open to discuss any thoughts, feelings or experiences to help you achieve whatever you desire! The Fullegacy™ framework will focus you on what you want, organize your thoughts about yourself and others, clarify what you love to do, and most importantly assess the impact you are having to fulfill your legacy in any aspect of your life!
Yes! As a certified executive coach and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I abide by the code of ethics.
Coaching is a powerful experience and often challenging to measure. We will start with a baseline with where you are at today and partner for you to define what you like to be different at the end of the engagement - All agreements and expected results will be decided by you. The measure is a variation on the common Return on Investment (ROI) in the form Return on (your) Expectations - the ROyE must be mutually understood.
Coaching is an investment in yourself, including time and money. The cost will be determined based upon the scope, commitment and resources available to you! This will be discussed during the initial complimentary discovery call.
